Processing via the contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, company and your message) solely to respond to and handle your enquiry. Processing is based on your consent and on taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

To send these messages we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc.). Data may be processed on servers in the USA; the required safeguards have been agreed with the provider.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access) is processed to ensure secure and stable operation. This data is not used to identify individual people.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies at all, neither technical ones nor any for tracking or marketing. No third-party services are used either.

Audience measurement

To see which pages are being visited, we count page views ourselves on our own server. We store only the following: the time of the visit, the page that was opened, the country it came from, the referring website and the device type (phone, tablet or computer). We store no IP addresses, no cookies and no other identifier. Individual people cannot be recognised from this, and individual visits cannot be linked to one another. The data stays with us and is not passed on.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is required for the respective purpose or as legal retention periods require.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion and restriction of processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent you have given. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
